Huai-yu Chen

Bio

Huai-yu Chen is a Ph.D. student, Teaching Assistant, and Research Assistant in the Department of Communication at the University of Kentucky. She earned her master's degrees in Communication from Boston University and National Cheng Chi University, Taiwan. She was an intern data analyst in Taiwan (2017-2020) and an intern journalist (2019, summer) in China. Her research interests focus on media psychology in health, social media, and other applied contexts. She has spent most of her leisure time doing research, playing video games, and collecting various brands of ice cream.
