Tyler Gayheart is the Executive Director of Enterprise Salesforce & Digital Engagement at the University of Kentucky. Focusing on teamwork and leadership and agile methodologies, he’s passionate about leveraging innovation solutions through digital experiences that deliver results. This is accomplished through the intersection of software, data, automation and human centered design. Tyler is the chairman of the Board of Directors of the University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union. He is a United States Marine Corps combat veteran with service in Afghanistan. His focus and expertise resides within enterprise systems, online learning, engagement, message design, behavioral economics, UX/UI and the intersection of technology, communication, persuasion and behavioral science. Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Masters in Instructional Systems Design and PhD in Communication with graduate certificates in Online Learning and Human Technology Interaction.
